Spread some garlic cream onto your dough, followed by the pork belly. I used my candied bacon recipe, but instead used pork belly, and just cooked it until it reached a nice texture. This is pretty subjective, but I stopped somewhere right between crispy and chewy. Finally, toss on some brussel sprouts. I tossed mine in Gochujang sauce before baking, and then drizzled some of the remaining Gochujang sauce on top after the pizza came out of the oven.
