1 bunch cilantro
1 cup almonds
1/4 cup parmesan
2 tbsp vinegar
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp salt
Water
Soak the almonds in hot water for about 30 minutes. Blend with all other ingredients and adjust measurements until you find a taste you like. I've been using white wine vinegar, shitty pre-shredded parmesan, avocado oil and tamari almonds, but feel free to experiment!
