Slop down the red sauce, and sprinkle some red pepper flakes on top for a bit of heat. Then layer on the salami. I generally leave a little gap between each slice so that it doesn't all just slide off when you take a bite. I've also tried with a bunch of different salamis, and I think Cervelat is my current favourite. After the salami, tear (because it looks cool) some pitted kalamata olives, and top with mozzarella.
Once the pizza comes out of the oven, drizzle some honey over top. Add some more honey while eating if you weren't liberal enough—it's worth it!
