This is a simple one, but punchy with that Italian sausage. Start by chopping broccoli into little bite-sized florets, and charring them off. You can do this in a pan by tossing them in a small amount of oil and salt and leaving them on medium-high, resisting the urge to move them around, for about 5 mins. Toss them and again leave them undisturbed for 2 more minutes.
Cook off your Italian sausage in small chunks (remove it from the casing).
For the pizza build, throw down your red sauce, cooked Italian sausage, and charred broccoli, and top with a thin layer of mozzarella. Finish with some olive oil and parmesan.
